Sorry I have been MIA. Just trying to focus on moving forward. IP's are waiting to hear from RE. We are hoping for a late July or Early August transfer. Waiting for period to come which will help decide that. Otherwise not much to report. I hope everyone had a good Fathers Day. Will update when we know more.
